As professional Loss Adjusters, we investigate insurance claims by interviewing the claimant and witnesses, consulting the police as well as peruse through documents, verify records and inspect property damage to determine the extent of the insurer's liability.

We pay specific attention to technical issues such as depreciation, replacement costs, actual cash value, and specific interpretation of policy wordings and provisions. We work for multiple insurance companies and self-insured entities.

We verify that coverage applies in each claim through an insurance policy, investigate liability for the damages caused, and make recommendations for settlement to compensate the insured accordingly for their loss(es).

Overally, we are able to reach fair settlements between the insured and insurer, allowing them to retain relationships and continue to work together in trust and with satisfaction. Oftentimes, the insured is unfamiliar with the claims process, and as independent Loss Adjusters, our professional work helping the policyholder to feel like they are on a more equal footing with the insurance companies, and will receive a fair settlement.
